Congrats to the "Marketing Design Battle" Winners

Chloe, who has been with Eye Associates for just 9 months, was quick to highlight the lighthearted moment that put her artistic skills in the spotlight:

• "It was really funny to have Amanda mention I was an artist, and then have every member of the team turn and look at me. I knew I was basically on the hook for drawing something. I came up with the idea of drawing a fun mascot of sorts, and somehow the idea of an eyeball holding a contact lens came up, and we all just rolled with it. Having an art degree and several leaders at the table really helped the poster come together seamlessly. It was really nice to be able to contribute something so detrimental to this exercise, especially since so many people seemed to think it was cute enough to win their vote! I appreciate the opportunity to use my artistic abilities in my workplace as well. That's not something all artists get to do, even if it was just for fun." - Chloe

Amanda, who has been with Eye Associates for 8 years, highlighted how the team worked together by playing to everyone’s strengths:

• "The fun part for me was getting to brainstorm with people who all think differently than I do to come up with a great idea. Our team did a really good job of using people for their strengths so that way everyone was able to contribute something. Like for me, I'm not artistic at all so I was more so an idea maker." - Amanda

The Marketing Design Battle was not only a chance to showcase creativity, but also an opportunity for employees to bond, brainstorm, and have a great time.
